2. Sale Price: The sale price of the artwork is determined by the artist, and Motile Art takes a 20% commission on the sale price.

3. Payment Method: Buyers must pay the full amount within 7 days of purchase. Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

4. Taxes and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or shipping costs associated with the artwork.

5. Shipping: The artist is responsible for packaging and shipping the artwork to the buyer within 14 days of sale confirmation.

6. Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyers must contact Motile Art and the artist before returning an artwork.

7. Authenticity: Motile Art ensures that all artworks are authentic and original.

8. Copyright: The artist retains copyright to the artwork. Buyers may not reproduce or distribute the artwork without permission.

9. Liability: Motile Art is not liable for any damages or losses during shipping or after delivery.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through mediation and arbitration in accordance with Indian law.
